"What does the workaround cost?" is the question I'd put first. When I built ResumeOrbitz, the problem came from my own job switch: resume sites let you write for free, then charge you at Download. The workaround (paying, or rebuilding the resume in a doc) had a clear cost, which made the problem easy to believe in. Does Problem Filter weigh a founder's own experience differently from evidence gathered from other users?
That’s a great example. Problem Filter asks what the workaround costs, and a founder’s own experience counts as evidence too. Your resume example makes that cost really clear, thanks for sharing it!
