I run a restoration crew at Blue Spruce Restoration in Denver, Colorado. We dry out homes after burst pipes, basement floods and appliance leaks, and we answer calls around the clock across the Front Range.
The job produces a lot of numbers: thermal imaging scans, moisture meter readings, temperature and humidity at every visit. Most of my notes here are about turning those numbers into something a crew can trust, usually with a short script or a spreadsheet.
I am here to read more than I write, mostly about data logging, small sensors and simple tools that survive a wet basement.
