About
Hello, I'm Chef Trimell, the creative force behind Poetry on Plates. My cooking style is a fusion of classical French training and my Southern roots. Today, at Poetry on Plates in Grand Rapids, I bring French Creole inspiration to life in my dishes. I also enjoy offering homemade meal ideas and connecting with fellow food enthusiasts.
