The vague email is the most useful one in that test set, because it is where a split prompt tends to lose context the old combined one carried. A fixed output like yours also lets you rerun only the reply prompt on saved summaries whenever you change its wording.

The document markers are a good addition, since pasted source material is where models differ most in how far they wander. Putting the format sentence at the very end, after the document, also helps, because it is the last thing the model reads before it starts writing.
