Sriphai Thai Kitchen

Welcome to Sriphai Thai Kitchen! This blog was created with a heartfelt mission—to share the joy of Thai cooking while raising awareness for children who are still waiting for a chance at a better life.

My name is Sriprai Homberg, CEO and lawyer of the Avoda Foundation, an organization devoted to education and life development for vulnerable children and youth. Many of them still live without access to basic opportunities. They are voiceless, overlooked, and deserve far more than the world has given them.

Cooking has always been one of my greatest joys—especially when it means preparing nutritious meals for those in need. While not everyone prefers healthy options, I believe food has a unique ability to nourish both the body and the heart. That’s why I started this blog: to share easy, healthy Thai recipes that anyone can cook at home—and to connect that love of food with a deeper purpose.

Through each recipe, I hope you’ll not only discover the vibrant flavors of Thailand, but also feel a part of something greater—a mission to bring hope, one dish at a time.

Happy cooking! Sriprai Homberg Founder of Sriphai Thai Kitchen & CEO of Avoda Foundation
